Spend the day at the beach, take a stroll over to the shopping center, or take the Jolly Trolly over the bridge and enjoy all the amenities of Clearwater Beach. Whether you're looking to fish on the pier, bask in the Florida rays, or enjoy the nightlife, Sunset Point is within minutes of it all! At the end of the day, you can head over to the private deck and unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Get a unique view of the sunset every night from the backyard beach, private outdoor patio, or the comfort of the couch! This condo also offers a beautiful gulf front pool that is heated year round.   30 Day minimum, gated community with open parking. Walkable to many restaurants and shops on Sand Key. You can also hop on the Trolly and visit all of the other beach communities. Some of our guests don't find the need to have a vehicle during their stay.
  
  Condo Association Application must be filled out and a $100 fee paid prior to arrival.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
