With this home being located just within walking distance of an abundance of cute coffee shops, antique stores, bars, and restaurants, you can leave the car in the driveway and enjoy the fresh air of the Gulf of Mexico. Just across the street you can take a sunset stroll along the coast, or ride bikes down the Pinellas Trail. Discover a new coffee shop on every morning walk, enjoy the nightlife, or unwind in the backyard by the fireplace. Dunedin also celebrates and honors our countries military and veterans. If you are a veteran, American legion is a 3-minute walk from the home. Whether you are here to enjoy a flurry of activities and new experiences, or find sanctuary among the seagulls, this is the place for you.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
